These terms and conditions relate specifically to the sale/purchase of our Little Boxes of Happiness. These terms are in addition to our general terms and conditions.
Ordering a Little Box of Happiness
Every Little Box of Happiness is baked fresh to order. Available delivery dates are shown in the calendar on the individual product pages. The date shown is the estimated date of delivery of your Little Box of Happiness. Your Little Box of Happiness will be baked and dispatched the day before your chosen delivery date. If a particular delivery date is fully booked/unavailable, it will not be available for selection in the calendar.
Delivery of your Little Box of Happiness
The price of your Little Box of Happiness includes FREE DELIVERY to a UK mainland address.
Our Little Boxes of Happiness are sent out via Royal Mail first class ‘signed for’ delivery. This is to ensure you receive your freshly baked goodies as soon as possible after they leave our kitchen. Your Little Box of Happiness is expected to be delivered within one working day, however this cannot be guaranteed on the standard postage option an we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.
You will receive an email from us when your Little Box of Happiness has been dispatched.
If you/the recipient are not at the delivery location when Royal Mail attempt to deliver, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery, nor can we be held responsible for the collection card being misplaced or lost by the recipient.
Cancellation of your Little Box of Happiness
You will need to be quick! We bake everything to order so cannot accept cancellations or refunds once production has commenced.
Shelf life of your Little Box of Happiness
We don’t use additives or preservatives in our Little Boxes of Happiness to prolong the shelf life, so they are best eaten within a few days of baking in order to be enjoyed at their best. They should, however, last for 7-10 days if kept in an airtight container. If you wish, you can also freeze your cakes – simply ensure they are well wrapped/protected from freezer burn and eat within three months.
We pride ourselves in our high standards, attention to detail and 100% customer satisfaction record. However, we are only human and things can go wrong. Should this ever happen, we would want to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
If you are unhappy with your Little Box of Happiness, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt, stating the problem with your product and attaching a photograph highlighting the problem. Where necessary, you will be required to return your Little Box of Happiness to us in its original packaging within three days of receipt. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
