Snowy Road to Happiness™
The Snowy Road to Happiness™ is a deliciously decadent twist on the classic rocky road, using creamy Belgian white chocolate and lots of yummy fruit and biscuits.
According to legend, the original rocky road was invented in Australia in the late 1800s. The name came from the rocky road that travellers had to navigate to get to the gold fields. The Americans also claim to have invented rocky road in the 1900s. We’ll leave it to them to fight that one out 😉
The Snowy Road to Happiness™ was invented in Northamptonshire in the 21st century 🙂 It is paved with creamy white chocolate, crunchy homemade digestive biscuits, plump cranberries and apricots, squidgy marshmallows and nutty pistachios. Our snowy road is gluten-free but unfortunately not suitable for vegetarians.
Originally launched as a seasonal treat for the festive period, our snowy road proved so popular that we decided to make it available all year round – who are we to deprive you of your favourite sweet treats?!
We recommend that you cut our trays of the Snowy Road to Happiness™ into 8-12 treat-size pieces, depending on the appetites of the recipients! Your treats will last up to six weeks if kept in an airtight container. For a super chewy treat, keep your chewy chocolate and ginger bars in the fridge!
If caramel chocolate and peanuts are more your thing than white chocolate and pistachios, you may like our Sandy Road to Happiness™.
